Wiring method for access control electric plug

This article explains the wiring method of the access control electric plug. Firstly, the electric plug lock is an electronic control lock that drives the "locking tongue" to extend or retract by the on/off of the current to achieve the function of locking the door or opening the door. Of course, the realization of the door closing function needs to be achieved in conjunction with the "magnetic disk".

The electric plug lock used in this case is the AE2511 electric plug lock. The electric plug lock has eight color lead wires of red, black, blue, white, yellow, green, gray and orange for the eight-line tail. The red wire is electric lock. Power (+) line, connected to DC12V power supply or controlled 12V power line, black is the power supply negative pole of the electric lock, power lock source (-), blue, white and yellow are the lock core state detection line, blue is normally open (NO), white is the common point (COM), yellow is normally closed (NC) (as shown in Figure 1). When the lock cylinder pops up, it is normally closed and the normally open point is turned on. The green, gray, and orange lines are the door detection lines. The detection line is in the off or on state, the green is normally open (NO), the gray is the common point (COM), and the orange is the normally closed point (NC) (see Figure 2). ), the normally open and normally closed on state transitions after the door is closed.

The wiring diagram of the electric plug lock is shown in Figure 3. The power cord connected to the electric lock must be DC12V during installation. The delay of the electric plug lock is adjustable. The so-called delay refers to the length of time from the lock opening, and the electric plug lock is locked again after the person enters the door. The adjustment of the jump stitch in the middle of the electric plug lock can change the lock delay time. The setting method has three steps of 0 seconds, 2.5 seconds, and 5 seconds.
